Bite ME!!!

Well after hearing TONS about this series and even being warned that its more addictive then crack... I finally am starting to read it.....(The Twilight Series). Its a love story with vampires, who wouldn't love that!

Book

So with my computer being down since last week I have managed to read a few books (finished the first book in the Shopaholic series--I hear they are making a movie on it).

I LOVE reading! And am ALWAYS looking for recommendations for a good book. This one I finished today was pretty good, and it came highly recommended. It didn't disappoint. Your going to have to wait till tomorrow to see what my next book is....I just got it in Manila this weekend!

And it begins

Well this weekend I went to Manila and did some shopping. I FINALLY found a battery for my pocket camera!!!! So I should get pictures up and going again. The area we are in is very poor and crime is very high so walking around with my nice DSLR Canon wasn't happening because it makes me a target, and being pregnant I'm not taking chances.

But also be aware my computer crashed last week and its in the shop for 2 weeks so I will be on and off on Troy's computer till I get my old one fixed or a new computer.

So back to photo of the day....

Today I'm showing off my sunburn. I fell asleep by the pool today in Manila and forgot sunscreen. So today I'm nice and red---and that purple/red color you get when you get really burned!

Birthday!

Today is my 31st birthday, but even cooler...today is the day I'm coming out that I'm pregnant!
So here is my belly picture for today! I'm due in July.

Subic Zoo

Today we went to the Subic zoo.

This made me feel right at home....yep its a South Dakota Pheasant! (it was a very popular attraction here, and to think I have hit more of those dumb birds with my car!)
Anyone recognize the name of this cat? (its the cat that eats the berries and popps them out to make the most expensive coffee in the world---"the bucket list")The highlight of this zoo was getting to feed the tigers in a truck...I got the best seat! (i actually had to back up a little to get the picture because the tiger was to close, he actually spit chicken parts on me while chopping down food!)

Philippines.

Sorry I have been slacking. I was just dead tired and could find the motivation to do much. I can't promise I will get back to everyday but I will get more up then I am now.


Today we drove over to Subic, Philippines. Its about 45 min from where we are living....its a little larger town.
Unfortunately it was cloudy but we did get out to the beach for the whole day!

Matt and Mike rented jet skies for an hour and drove all around..
Toyyab is taking his scuba certification classes and troy decided to tag along and go snorkeling! (troy got a pretty bad sunburn from this! LOL)Nestor and I just sat on the beach (no picture).
