Lost photos

So while cleaning out the front part of the storage unit I found the camera troy got for Christmas 2005! he used this camera for our DisneyWorld trip (the one he purposed and the famous camera that never took the engagement photo LOL). Anyway the memory card was in it so I pulled off the photos. Here are a couple..... WOW do we look younger! (notice the brand new shinny ring in the first one-I got it the night before!)

I got selected to be in part of the show...can't remember what I had to do though! LOL

Thailand the first time-Chaing Rai (long neck trib)

Nov 2008 we went up to Chaing Mai and Chaing Rai....while up in the area we took a bus and went up and visited the long neck tribes near the Myanmar (Burma) border.

Thailand the first time-Buddha Mountain

This is the largest Buddha outside that was carved into a mountain. It was cut with a laser then gold plates were pounded into the carving to get the wonderful view you see....

Thailand the first time-Sanctuary of Truth

This is a local temple that has the four main Asian religions all in it. It is being built with woodcarvings by hand. We actually got to help a little. These pictures were in 2006...I'm going to have to go back and see what done now. Its was suppose to be completed in 2009!

Planes

Ok I know I said I would get my new camera then show new things---but I am finding it hard to take my new baby out and about...so some old ones are going to be in here for a bit till I get a new point and shoot camera for daily use, or I get over my new camera babying issues LOL.

Today's picture is one of troy and his plane. Yep he started talking pilot lessons while we lived in Colorado and this was his learning plane...he only got me up there once--Its boring--I would rather be jumping out! LOL

Singapore take two

Still in Singapore. Got my new camera today but have to charge up my battery. So another oldie--

The bottom of the fountain of wealth. (yep this was an old camera!) It the largest fountain in the world and it believed that if you walk clock wise around the inside part of the fountain with your hand in the water three times it will bring you wealth---Richard Branson did it so it MUST work!

Off to Singapore!

2nd Anniversary.

Well in honor of being married for 2 years today. I thought I would bring up some old wedding photos.What are we doing in this picture? Well we both wrote our own vows (yes troy is crying-he cried the entire ceremony)

New Orleans

Feb 2005. New Orleans. This was our 3 trip down there, we really love it there. This was pre-Katrina. Went down to visit a friend and have a nice valentines day trip.

Family Visit-In CO

My Aunt Linda and her two kids Sara and Ryan came out one weekend to visit me in Colorado. Troy and I took them up to Estes Park and up one of the paths. They did pretty good for low-landers! (summer 2005)
Also we took a mild hike the first day up in the Poudre Valley with Belle and Sandy.

Camping

Sandy was about 4 months old here. It was his first camping trip. We hiked up the mountains and then camped. He had TONS of energy and had a fun time. And he slept the second we set up camp till the next morning! And one of my favorite pictures of Troy.
