Babies R' Us

Well Troy got introduced to BRU today. We are checking out car seats---WOW have they come a long way since the last time I looked at them (12yrs ago with friend). We THINK we know which one we want but still are not sure. I'm working on the online registry now (plan is to have it done by the end of the month!).Also we found the crib/tent thing I want to travel with---this is it when fully opened--but it folds up into a little circle and has a bag (wts about 4lbs!). It works for indoor and outdoors.

Back with Troy!!!

Flew back to chicago-land to reunite with Troy. And I came home to a nice belated Mother's day gift! Lilac are my FAVORITE flowers!!

Jonni's Graduation!!!!

Jonni's Graduation day....I couldn't be more proud of her. She worked her butt off---support three kids while going also! CONGRATS AGAIN GIRL!!!

Food in Yankton, SD

Some of my must hit areas when I come home is my local food!
First you have to stop at Muggsy's which Maximum Magazine also says has one of the BEST Steak and Cheese Subs in the country---

Then there is Tasty Treats, its a drive up mom and pop place that has wonderful sloopy joe like sandwiches called tastees!

And finally my old stomping grounds of Bonanza (we owned this for about 18 yrs!)...My favorite day is Friday...because its potato dumpling soup day (it doesn't look like much but OMG)! YUM....

Some Grandma time!

Haven't got to see my Grandma in FOREVER.....but today she came down to Yankton and we went out to lunch and then did some shopping. I got 3 pairs of maternity shorts and a maternity skirt for the next couple months from another second hand store (all for $14!). Here is Grandma.....(or Great Grandma to the little bug!).....Obviously she is where my good looks come from ;)
