French Quarter
We headed down to the French Quarter today and did some walking around, shopping and my fav---The Cafe De Monde

and the ergo, as well as London, stayed relatively sugar-free.
I got beignet eating skills!
When we were there we walked to the cafe every morning for our beignets. They were so good.
