Congrats!

Today I got an email from a friend of mine-Renu (we met as volunteers in New Orleans after hurricane Katrina) that her and her husband Neeraj are expecting a baby in Jan!!!! So I just wanted to say congrats you two! This picture was taken of them on Christmas day 2007....they met up with us in Agra, India (they live in California). This was taken at the Agra Fort, notice any other famous buildings in the picture? (look close in the window where Renu is sitting-there is the Taj Mahal!-yes I was trying to be artistic LOL) Congratulations again you two!!!!

Went on a nice trip this weekend. We stayed on a house boat on the River Kwai. There was a waterfall near by....

Pattaya Kart Speedway

Today I planed for a small group of us to go to the Pattaya Kart Speedway. They have go kart there that go 70-80km/hr (so about 35 miles/hr) it was fun. Then Natalia bungee jumped while we watched. And finally Mia, Troy, Pulkit and I did some paintball fights. Pulkit and I were on one team, Mia and Troy on the other. We beat them each time! It was a great time. I got troy straight in the heart even! (nice shot I know LOL). Pulkit didn't get hit once! I got the most kills and got hit once by Troy.

Pooltime again

Since Troy wasn't feeling the greatest yet we decided to do some time by the pool. I got a sarong and a sudoku book in the mail from a JM friend! So I am putting both to good use here!

Sicky

Troy was pretty sick today...101.8 temp and bad belly. So taking care of him was all I did. (this is a perk of marrying a nurse LOL). Yes I took a sick picture -I am sure I am on his list now also for bad pictures. HEHEHE

Spa day

Don't worry I will not post pictures of everyday I go to the spa LOL. I have only been posting one of each thing. So today Me, Mia, and Salley went and got facials for $13.
Poor Mia is always last so she gets the picture taken LOL. I am sure she will get me back one of these days!

Ripley's Believe It or Not.

Well I have been saying I should go to this. Today Salley and I decided why not today?! Plus we had a coupon off so we had no excuse not to. They have four areas in this one. The Museum, the Haunted House, the 4D movie, the maze.

How fun is that

Went out to Ahaar our favorite Indian Restaurant tonight. I just wanted to show off their interesting tooth pick dispenser. It a little bird that sits on the black box when you push the bird down it's beak grabs a toothpick for you. Yep as you can guess its been a slow day HAHAHA. One of the guys in our group even got one for his mom!

Someday...

Our hotel is connected to the Garden Plaza Shopping center. In this mall there is a Ripley's Believe It or Not. I have never been to one before....I must do that. Here is a picture of the museum from outside. Yes that is a real plane! Anyone been to one before? What did you think?

Well a week ago I got to go out and get stupid and Troy babysat me. Tonight it was his turn! We had a group to party with!Doesn't Mia's skin look great after our spa day! She was nice enough to show troy how to work the pole!

Hellboy

Salley and I went to Hellboy 2 today. It was ok-not as good as the first but hey for $2 a movie-I can't complain. Later that night we saw a Thai man dressed up as Hellboy out on the road...just randomly walking down the street, he was nice enough to pose with some of his fans.

Girls day out take 2

Today we got some microdermabrasion done again ($45)! Mia was nice enough to let me take a photo of her during the mask phase. Ok so I didn't ask I just snapped the picture LOL Later in the day we all got massages again also ($6)Also the rain here has been insane. One second its nice the next the sky turns black and it rains. And I don't mean that nice rain..i'm talking about the pouring rain where your soaked in 1 min.

Girl Night take one

Sara, Mia, Me and Salley (from left to right) went out and got manicures and pedicures tonight (about $11). The toes separator thing was little reindeer...thats odd?

Movie

Today we went and saw the movie Wanted. It was pretty good....as always watching an Angelina Jolie movie made me want to hit the gym. She has some awesome tattoos in this movie...so I thought I would show off mine. It is located right above my right hip bone. I got it when I was 18yrs old so its 12yrs old...needs some touch ups but I am still in love with it. Its the symbol for celestial love....its half a sun kissing half a moon...forming one perfect circle.

Lazy Sunday

I didn't do a thing today. LOL We slept in late, and layed around watched tv and caught up on emails. Sunday is mail day...we get our mail shipped to us from the states once a week and it comes regularly here. Today was extra cool because a friend of mine sent me gifts (she mailed it to Thailand...didn't use our USA address since UOP will not forward packages.) Here is some of the stuff I got...
Also it was Jeff's birthday today. The ladies at the hotel made him a cake. And he was nice enough to share it with us!

Independence Day in Thailand.

We got a beach for the day and had our own little independence day party. We had fireworks, burgers/brats, drinks, music, games, people and elephants.....thats a normal 4th right?
